1:1 mat pilates
Our private one-to-one Mat Pilates sessions are tailored entirely to your individual needs, goals and movement patterns. Whether you’re recovering from injury, building strength, improving flexibility, or just starting out, this dedicated time allows you to progress at your own pace with focused guidance and hands-on support.

6 session pack: £342 (=£57 per class)

2:1 mat pilates
Enjoy the benefits of personalised Pilates with a friend, partner, or family member in our 2:1 sessions. These semi-private classes offer a tailored approach, combining individual attention with the motivation and fun of working out together.
Each session is designed to meet both participants' needs—whether you're looking to build core strength, improve flexibility, support injury recovery, or simply move better.

Reformer Pilates - 1:1, 2:1, groups
Our intentional Reformer Pilates sessions focus on strength, alignment, and flow. Available as one-on-one, with a partner, or in a small group— we create a calm space but strong movement. Whether you’re new to reformer or more advanced, expect to be challenged, supported and to have a whole lot of fun.
What is reformer?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a machine called a reformer. It uses springs, straps, and a moving carriage to create resistance, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, and support better posture and alignment.
Sessions can be adapted for all levels—from gentle and rehabilitative to strong and athletic—making Reformer Pilates both challenging and accessible.
