Hi, I’m Jen. I’ve spent over 12 years performing around the world, from Germany’s biggest stages to the iconic Moulin Rouge in Paris, and movement has always been at the heart of my life. Originally from the North East, I now live in South East London with my fiancé and our baby boy — and motherhood has opened up a whole new chapter in my journey.

Life on stage taught me about strength, discipline, and the joy of moving your body, but becoming a mum showed me a different kind of power — the kind that comes from slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and finding balance. I discovered the pilates practice 10 years ago and have continued to do pilates throughout my performing career, it has helped me to keep my body and mind healthy and happy, as well as helping me rehabilitate from injury. I decided to train as an instructor and now helping people move, feel strong, and rediscover confidence through movement has become my passion, and it’s what I love sharing in every class I teach.
